Our victorious day

The sun was beating down on us as we patiently waited for the Air Force to do their task in the operation.

Suddenly they appeared in the sky flying low over the base for bombardment, which only lasted a few seconds with the smoke blurring out of the base like burning chimneys.

The next and vital step was ours, and it was finally the moment we had been waiting for with excitement within our hearts. Platoon 1 and us in Company HQ led by major van Lill, we flew into the base with the Browning machine gun shooting left right and centre. Us at the back of course were so excited that we shot at any movement made by the enemy a few shots flew over our heads but in vain, we did not allow those unaimed shots to disturb us.

Our ICV driver was driving fantastically and we managed to drive through and over their deep breenzy trenches.

Finally we were in the clearing outside the base and whilst the other ICV and armoured vehicles were still approaching us we stayed stable in our position and still carried out the correct orders until everyone was united.

It was mostly for the most experienced adventure I have ever had. Thanks for the help from up above, we ran our vehicles and planes through great victory.
